Digital product refunds

The eBay Fast-Start Blueprint is a downloadable PDF. No physical product is shipped or needs to be returned.

When we offer a refund

• Duplicate purchases: If you accidentally buy the same guide more than once, contact us so we can verify the orders and refund the duplicate purchase.
• Unresolved download problems: If you cannot access or download the purchased PDF, contact us first. We will help troubleshoot or provide access to the file. If we cannot resolve the problem, we will refund the affected purchase.

Except for these situations or where required by applicable law, we do not offer refunds for a change of mind after purchasing this digital guide.

How to request help

Email jayrock2827@yahoo.com or use our contact form. Include your order number, the email address used at checkout, and a description of the issue. For a duplicate purchase, include both order numbers if available. Do not send payment-card details.

Refund processing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. The time it takes for funds to appear depends on your bank or payment provider.

This policy does not limit any consumer rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
